2019 was a big year for Project Sunshine! Take a look back at some of the moments that made this year so special and helped us serve over 175,000 kids and families across the globe. We kicked things off with our annual Project Sunshine Gala, where we celebrated with @darrenwalker, @rosannascotto, and the rest of the Project Sunshine family. This February @devwindsor helped bring Project Sunshine to #NYCFashionWeek to benefit pediatric patients and families. To commemorate Project Sunshine’s 20 years of service, our partners @overallmurals created our beautiful custom mural. In December, we were selected as one of five charities to be featured on CNN’s @morningexp with @robinmeade. We’re so grateful to all of our partners, 19,000+ volunteers, and 325+ hospital partners that make it all possible. Please support us by donating at projectsunshine.org/donate. #projectsunshine #devwindsor #givingback #darrenwalker #childlife #rosannascotto #overallmurals #charity #robinmeade #nonprofit #nyc #pediatric #2019 #philanthropy

“Hospitals can be very overwhelming for our kids. The Superhero Craft kit was great. When Nathan stayed in the hospital, it took that sad smile and turned it into a big smile. Literally! When he saw all the cool crafts – from coloring books to the drawing mask it just made him feel like himself again. We were very grateful for our Project Sunshine kit during our stay in the hospital.” -Parent of pediatric patient, Nathan, at Kaiser Hospital. It’s hard to beat a smile like that! We’re so glad Nathan enjoyed his Sending Sunshine kit, made possible by our dedicated volunteers and supporters. #pediatrics #projectsunshine #pediatricpatients #childlife #medicine #community #nonprofit #childrenshealth #volunteer #service #spreadthesunshine
